Activities Co-ordinator
We are looking for an extremely enthusiastic and motivated Activities Coordinator to work 4 hours per day, 4-5 days a week. They must be able to work using their own initiative and have experience in tailor-making activities for the elderly, particularly those who suffer with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The post involves liaising with the residents and staff members with regards to coordinating days out and activities to enhance the well being of clients.

Senior Care Worker
We are looking for an experienced care worker to join our senior management team. The ideal candidate will:
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience at senior support worker/care assistant level within an elderly residential home setting or 1 years previous deputy home management experience
  • Have NVQ level 3 in care and help and support fellow staff members undertaking NVQ level 2
  • Have a sound understanding of national care standards as set by CSCI
  • Have strong skills, particularly with regards to issues surrounding elderly and dementia care
  • Have strong administrative and leadership skills
The following are desirable:
  • Registered nursing qualification
  • Experience of elderly psychiatric care
